1. Scope of services

Quick Forward Logistics ("we", "us", "our") arranges the carriage, forwarding and storage of goods on behalf of customers, acting as a freight forwarder and customs broker. We do not act as a carrier unless expressly agreed in writing.

2. Quotes & bookings

Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and are subject to change if cargo details, routing or regulatory requirements differ from the original description. A booking is confirmed only once accepted in writing by both parties.

3. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate descriptions, weights and dimensions for all cargo.
• Ensure goods are legally permitted for export/import and properly packaged.
• Supply all documentation required for customs clearance in a timely manner.

4. Liability

Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited in accordance with the applicable international conventions and carrier terms governing the relevant mode of transport (air, ocean or road). Additional insurance coverage is available on request.

5. Payment terms

Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payment may result in shipment holds pending settlement.

6. Prohibited & restricted goods

We reserve the right to refuse cargo that is illegal, hazardous without proper declaration, or restricted under the regulations of the origin, transit or destination countries.

7. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including port congestion, customs delays, natural disasters or carrier disruptions.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quick Forward Logistics is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
